Q&A CIC specialises in helping people from all walks of life to progress into work, even if they don’t have academic qualifications. Unlike traditional classroom learning, apprenticeships offer the flexibility of learning practical skills in and around the workplace environment. We develop work-based training programmes that give individuals a chance to build their skills and gain a practical, accredited qualifications tailored to the job they want to do. Apprenticeships are open to employed and unemployed people of all ages.

Our traineeship programme is designed to help young people to progress into work or apprenticeships by providing placements with employers and real-world practical training. The overall aim is to equip the young person with the skills and experience they will need to each their personal best and find their path into rewarding, sustainable employment.
